Austin has been learning the security business alongside his father since age 18. He started out as a security guard doing special events, retail and nightclubs. He has also been involved in celebrity protection. Now he is dealing with the day to day operations of the business, hiring and scheduling. He takes great pride in his relationships with the owners and managers of all the establishments we protect. His main goal is to provide a safe and secure environment with the professional services the company offers.
To make sure everything is running up to our standards, his phone is always on. He is committed to ensuring our clients are beyond satisfied with our services and the day-day operations of APB. Austin is also a New York State instructor licensed to teach security requirements to all who want to become a licensed security guard, and those looking to renew. When meeting with a new account, he does it with a soft approach and professionalism. It’s always about the safety of the customers and venue first!
